i have a t1 running isdn 5ess.
looking with show controller call-counters i see this :

notice that b channel 15 has duration even though no call is going through. here is the config of the controller :

and the d channel settings :

isdn map address .* plan isdn type unknown
isdn busy b_channel 15

no cdp enable
as you can see i set channel 15 to busyout after this problem.
