I can't log in CUCM console

I suddently found I can't log in CUCM console, but I can use SSH to login CUCM, my version is 5.1.3, I use utils service list and found many service stopped: following is the output,

I tried to use "utils service start Cisco Tomcat" , but showing "(NOTRUNNING)Component is not running", can anyone help me to solve this issue ? thank you very much!

I dare not restart the server , I only have one CUCM, I'm afraid that it will not boot up after restart, however , I will restart it tonight, it's a good suggestion,;

This issue come up 3 days ago, I haven't log in the admin console for about one month, when I log in I found I can't open the admin console page;

As for the logs , I tried to use RTMT to get the log, but the software failed to work, and I found RTMT service is also stopped, maybe that's the reason why I can't log in;

Have you configured DRS backups? Can you check the SFTP server for a recent backup?

I rebooted the CUCM , its working well now and I can log in through admin console, thank you very much!
