Inbound Calls when using handset on 3rd Party SIP

We have a number of Cisco desk phones on a 3rd Party Asterix SIP provider, these have been manually registered. They hold registration and can dial out OK. Inbound calls connect for 10 mins but then callers cannot get through unless registration is refreshed. relevant settings changed as below.
