IP Phone getting access vlan instead of voice vlan

We seem to have a problem that during our multicasting sessions (image deployment) in Singapore and Hong Kong the phones randomly keep resetting (they appear to be switching from the phone to the internal computer VLAN). This is happening while the phones are being used.

The multicasting activity is to deploy new images of the computers connected to the IP phones.

This seems only to affect Cisco IP Phone 7961 models.

Below are the IOS information for the Phones and our Call Manager:

App Load ID                        jar41sccp.9-0-3TH1-22.sbn

Boot Load ID                      7961G_64-02070631Amd64megRel.bin

Version                                SCCP41.9-0-3S

Call Manager                      7.1.5.31900-3

I have attached the console logs from one of the IP phones having an issue.

Hoping for everybody's expert advise soon or my head will be on the chopping board... hehehe...

Wrong forum, post in "voice - IP Telephony". You can move your post using the actions panel on the right.

That can be configured a the switch interface with the command; switchport voice vlan (vlan #)
