Has anyone had problems with resetting the CCMSysUser password. I am getting error E221 when using the ccmpwdchanger command.

Did you recently upgrade your CCM to a newer version. User cannot login with the Administrator password after upgrade from 3.3(2) to 4.0. Try using the password ciscocisco
