Can we use Cisco PAP2T Internet Phone Adapter (Linksys - Sipura SPA-2002 VoIP Adapter)

& Cisco SPA8000 8-port IP Telephony Gateway insted of Cisco ATA, and can we integrate

Cisco PAP2T Internet Phone Adapter (Linksys - Sipura SPA-2002 VoIP Adapter) &

Cisco SPA8000 8-port IP Telephony Gateway with CME  if possible do we need

3rd party device license.
