ISDN debug message

Can someone help me to analyze this debug message? My call flow is DID -> Cisco.

Copy, we see the disconnect for call id 0x6387 with cause code 47(resource unavailable).

Typical scenarios include:

?Out of memory

?Internal access to the TCP socket is unavailable

or out of DSP resources.
