ISDN pri up to 16 TS problem

VWIC-1MFT-E1 working on 2811.2 PVDM2-16 on router.incoming call TS 1-15 connection no problem voice ok.But Time slot up to 16 is problem.Connection ok but not work voice.

Depends on codec complexity being used. Do show voice dsp to see dsp resources.
