IVR-Number down

Dear all

    I need anyone to help me to know what is reason for our IVR-number( 3333 ) was down around 20 minute . I did troublshooting for every thing have relatived with issue like  IPCCx server ( 7.0 ) and the CUCM 7.1 and the VGWs  i found this note as following :

1-the IPCCx server is  up since 61 days .

2-CUCM 7.1 was up at the time of issue .

3-Cisco CTI-Manager service  is up since 60 days .

4-all the ip phone belong to the agents was down and lose conncetion with IPCCx server .

5-VGW was up at the time of the IVR number was down  .

I used RTMTs and i collected the file information for Cisco CTImanager . i found this note at the time of issue ( 20 minute )  . i hope to be helpfull for this issue as following  :

4 - 007718038|  2012/02/04 21:10:11.158| 001| AppError   |||  CTIDeviceLineMgr(1,200,18,1)||| Request failed sending the  completed event to AppLineHandle:1|1852

5 - 007718044| 2012/02/04 21:11:46.409| 001| AppError | | | CTIDeviceLineMgr(1,200,18,1) | || Could not find device Oper_CC in mDeviceNameToLocalDeviceHandle or local device handle 0|0 not in mDevices.

6 - 007718045| 2012/02/04 21:11:46.409| 001| AppError  | | | CTIDeviceLineMgr(1,200,18,1)||| Could not find device IVR in mDeviceNameToLocalDeviceHandle or local device handle 0|0 not in mDevices

I was wondering if someone has got any piece of advice or came across something similar. Any advice will be kindly aprecciated. Thanks in advance.
