First log: probably your signalling link was down. Do you have a down/up controller log also?

This is my case:

Jul 28 09:36:24.154: MTP2 Retrieval == TRUE, fsnf(35)<--(fsnc(34) + 1)...0

Jul 28 09:36:25: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 7/6, changed state to down

Jul 28 09:36:25: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 7/7, changed state to down

Jul 28 09:36:30: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 7/6, changed state to up

Jul 28 09:36:44: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 7/7, changed state to up

You can check alarms via PGW CLI with this mml commad:

rtrv-alms

Second log: the AS5400 has a reduntant power supply (2 power supply). One of these is probably unpowered or broken.

Regards.
