I have an old gateway configured to run H323. We are converting the gateway to MGCP. All calls go to the Cisco gateway first when calling on net users. If the ext/site is not on net the Nortel then makes a call out the PSTN to connect them to the site. The problem is on the old gateway we set the d-channel to isdn disconnect-cause 34 to make the nortel reroute. With MGCP it sends a unassigned number as the disconnect code and drops the call. Is there a way in MGCP to send a isdn disconnect-cause 34 when the number is unassigned?
