No sound on incoming calls

I've got a extrange behaviour with my Linksys  PAP2T-EU item.

I can do outgoings calls perfectly.

I can receive incoming calls, but there is no sound at all from the interlocutor and no sound mine in the other side of the call.

Any ideas to resolv this behaviour?

Hi, without a debug is complicated.

Can you try to force a single audio codec? g711 PCM for example?
