Not forward transfered calls to (busy)device

CUCM

System version: 9.1.2.11900-12

On a device you can decide to forward calls on busy or not anwer on internal or external calls.

This in combination with the busy trigger.

 

BUT!!!!

There is a difference on how the call is presented to the device. Either by a direct call from device(extension) to device, or when we try for transfer a call to a device.

Now on direct calls to a device I understand that we define an action(forward) to switchboard, number or voicemail.

 

The other frequent situation is when you receive a call direct or from group, the caller request to be tansferred to another college.

Unfortunately he is busy or not answering the call. In the current config this means he will be tranfered to the switchboard operator.

Is there a solution to prevent the call being transferred directly, put on hold for a while???????
