Hi, I am working in IP Telephony service sector in bangladesh. I need know per call bandwith requirement(kbps) for Ip voice call. what is its max & min value? pls discribe.

Depends on which codec you are using:

G.711 uses 80kbps per call

g.729 uses 23kbps per call (i think)....

Bandwidth usage is a function of the codec used. I am also using it for my business purpose. If you want you can go here and find more about it.
