We have migrated from CCM4.1.2 to 5.1.2. As Personal Directory is now incorporated within CCM5 and is not a service anymore as in CCM4, how do we specify predial digit to be applied to the directory and fast dial entries as they dial out?

There is a "PreDial" parameter for the PAB and Fast Dials services that is added by the administrator, and the default
value should usually be set to 9. Whatever the PreDial parameter is set to gets prepended to all numbers appearing in the PAB and Fast Dials where the number of digits is more than 7. If you are going to enter someone's long distance telephone number then you should put a 1 at the front of the digits, and then the 9 will be prepended to that.

In CCM 5.X, PAB and Fast Dials are not using Services anymore, but rather could be found under Directories/Personal Directories button. When we migrated from 4.X to 5.X, all entries were migrated, except for the predial digit specified in the 4.X Services.
