                   Hi, i am doing training on CCIE Voice in India from Networkers Zone (http://networkerszone.com/) , please suggest me if i need to do CCna voice or i can give directly ccie voice.

Pretty sure for all CCIE certs there are no formal prerequisites.

So you can just book the test and go for it however most don't do it that way. 

Even when training to work on TACs team at cisco they will push you through CCNA, CCNP and then CCIE.

Yes, I do agree with Josh. There are no prerequisites for all CCIE certs but most of them do it from scratch to understand it better. And if your base is strong then you can obviously go for CCIE directly.
