hello,
Anyone know how to configure QoS for VoIP, for a tunnel mode gre ipv6 (ipv4 in ipv6)?

Hello,
as with any tunnel use "qos pre-classify" on the tunnel interface config. The router will remember the original IP header before encapsulation and you can then match on RTP and such. The mapping of IP precedence should be done appropriately according to the standards. So basically the output policy would look evry similar to normal IP traffic.

oh I checked before having the comand the tunnel gre copies the value of the dscp com ipv4 Diff serv field to the traffic class field...

yip I don't need this command (pre-classify) on this type of tunnel...maybe on other tunnels(VPN..)
