I will have registred ip phone AASTRA 6731i in CUCM v11.

is it possible?

If this phone supports SIP then you can register it to cucm and as third party basic sip phone or third party advanced sip phone.

Note: As Cisco doesn't test functionality of third party sip phones, so not sure this will work as you want or not.
