I'm going to do some test on PGW. Would like to know if somebody know good ss7-simulator for this purpose.

It really depends on what you want to test.

For example we have used in our lab multiple PGW's and also ITP's for SS7 network simulations.

for ITP (IP Transfer Point) you can use a C2651.
