TAN VO

Level 1

I am having the issue that I am unable to make an incoming call to one number only (main line). But I can call in to other numbers except the main line.Call out is no problem.

The call flow: External <--------->Tel <------->ISDN ------->Cisco router 2851 <-----(H323)------------> CUCM 9.1.2 <------------------> IP Phones

Someone can help me?

when you make the inbound call to main number, do you see it hit any of the dial-peer on the router ?

Yes, i can see it.

Hii

I'm not very good with IDSN's but try using debug voice ccapi inout..It will tell you which dial-peer the call hits...If you can find which dial-peers the call is hitting it will help you check where the issue is...

Also if you study the ISDN debug carefully it should have a disconnect cause if the call is dropping.

>>>>>>Also when you dial the main number what you hear on the phone ? does it beep or goes dead or plays any message ? and is it configured/assigned to any phone ?

As you mentioned you have CUCM, try using the dialed number analyzer..If i'm not wrong it helps you trace the path for incoming call as well.

Is this resolved?

If not, it seems that the number is not assigned to anything.

Can you collect the following logs as well?

Debug voice ccapi inout

debug h225 asn1
