Yes you can.
If you're in the enable mode the you can show run and check on the dial-peer voice xxx voip where you will see the session target SerialX YYY.
X is the Serial interface no. and YYY is the DLCI.
dial-peer voice 100 vofr
destination-pattern 4...
session target Serial0/0 100.
You can even issue the following command to verify for vofr : sho dial-peer voice (press enter).
Router1>sho dial-peer voice
VoiceOverFRPeer111
tag = 111, destination-pattern = `111....',preference = 0,
Admin state is up, Operation state is up
DTMF Relay = disabled
type = vofr, session-target = `Serial0 100',
