hi all expert,

         i got a problems with voice port

i have three cisco 2811 routers, they are worked on operation , and connected triangle each other. Router A is main router to connect other two. this is voice port condition in no ph call state.

Router A # sh voice port sum

                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
0/2/0          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/2/1          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/2/2          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/2/3          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/3/0          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y
0/3/1          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y
0/3/2          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y
0/3/3          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y

this is Router B state

Router B#sh voice port sum
                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
0/1/0          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/1          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/2          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/3          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y

this is Router C state

Router C#sh voice port sum
                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==

Router A to Router B & C , connection bandwidth is 512 kbps , Router C to B is 128 kbps but it's only for backup , rarely to use.

Now my problem is when i dial to Router B or Router C voice call, dial up tone is going to normal ph line, hear ring tone, then come in router, keep silent, it doesn't work, but at that time, i checked my routers voice port state, they are off hook and just stay at idle,

For eg, i called from Router A to Router B, port status are here (i'm controlled Router B & Router C remotely ).

Router A#sh voice port  sum
                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
0/3/0          --  fxo-ls      up    up   idle     off-hook y
0/3/1          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y
0/3/2          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y
0/3/3          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y

In router B,

Router B#sh voice por sum
                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
0/1/0          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/1          --  fxs-ls      up    up   off-hook idle     y
0/1/2          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/3          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y

This is call from Router A to Router C

Router A#sh voice port  sum
                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
0/3/2          --  fxo-ls      up    up   idle     off-hook y

0/3/3          --  fxo-ls      up    dorm idle     on-hook  y

Router C#sh voice port sum
                                          IN       OUT
PORT           CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC
============== == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
0/1/0          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/1          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
0/1/2          --  fxs-ls      up    up   off-hook idle     y
0/1/3          --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y

Before these days, our connection is working normally. Now other remote site , we can see voice port is off hook state, but can't hear ring tone from my side, From remote side, they also try to call us, but it can't. i have no idea to resolve this problem. i try to shutdown , no shutdown on each router's voice port , but it's still not working. 1st time shut & no shut procedure , Router A to Router B is work again, after 30 mins, it's silent again.

Help me and advice me how to do, which is the reason of failure?

thanks all
