Voice Router 3845 not able to interpret the dialled digits

IOS version ipvoice-mz.123-11.T9.bin

Router is connected to the Alacatel Epbx Switch through NM-HDV= card

When we are dialing an nos say 16333 . but i observe it as 11633 and the call is not able to route

So that means that the Alcatel is puting 1 infront of the digits, right?

I think the router interprets the digits - try to understand why the alcatel is putting that 1 infront of the number.

i observed when dialing 16333 , i observe it as 11633 in the dialled digits in debug isdn q931

I confirmed from Alcatel PBX folks that the epbx is sending 16333 to the router .

i think it is the router that is not able to understand the digits
