We are running into an issue with our voicemail services shutting down. When attempting to access voicemail, the phone will ring endlessly.
Logging into Cisco Unity Connection Administration, we are seeing these errors:

Cisco Unity Connection cannot answer calls. A license violation has occurred. To review licenses, go to the System Settings > Licenses page in Cisco Unity Connection Administration.
The last backup of Cisco Unity Connection failed. For more information, go to Backup > History page in the Disaster Recovery System. //This is on my list of things to clean up after the voicemail issue
Logging into the Cisco Prime License Manager, we see we are in compliance with our license usage:

In order to get voicemail back online, I have to restart the ELM Client Service on the Publisher/Subscriber servers (XX.XX.XX.15, XX.XX.XX.17) and Stop/Start the Connection Conversation Manager service.

Any ideas on what is causing our voicemail to crash?
