I have a 2921 running IOS 15.2(4)M6a and I have the problem descibed in bug CSCtl79911.
External SCCP calls coming into the router from a remote 2821 through an IPSEC tunnel will connect to the called phone and I can carry on a coversation if I answer the phone, but if I do not answer, when the call transfers to voicemail, the caller gets no audio. Calls internal to internal work just fine.
Is there a fix for this bug?
