Is there a way to have an operator answer and then forward to AA during certain times? For example, if the operator goes to lunch or it is the end of the day? This is for the UC 500.
Thanks!

Hi Matthew,
You should be able to use the Call Forward All softkey to forward to AA from the Operators phone. Just forward to the AA Pilot number when they need to step away for lunch or for Night Service.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Rob for the quick response. I have a couple of questions for you:
Is the AA pilot number the AA extension? If you turn on AA, how does it know that the operator should answer first? Or, rather, how do you configure it so that it will only go to AA if it has been forwarded to the AA pilot number (same as AA extension number?)?
Thanks!

Hi Matthew,
You are most welcome :) I have not done this on UC5XX but with CME you would just not configure any routing or translation from the PSTN to go directly to AA. Have these set to go to the Operator so that the decision to go to AA is determined by the Call Forward All set by the Operator.
Hope this helps!
