Active Call on Extension?

I'm not sure how to describe this,  currently we have a full blown Cisco Call Manager solution,  its ancient.. 4.0 I believe.  We've purchased two UC560's and will be doing a multisite deployment.

Currently our Executive Admins can see the phone number (or CallerID) of the active call their Partner is on directly on their phone.  So lets say Line 3 is the partners extension on their phone.  If he was talking to 555.555.5555 it would show as

555.555.5555      Andy - 4401

Directly on the phone, without pressing anything/etc.

I don't believe this is watch, and I know its not montior.. is it possible to do this with the UC5xx platform?

If so could you point me in the direction as to where to begin my research.  I'm not even sure where to begin as I'm not sure what the terminology is.
