All Red Lights Flickering

Hi,

one of my customers have approx 25 cisco spa504g phones installed of which some have an expansion board connected.
Hosted PBX is Broadsoft based. This has been working smoothly for over 2 years.

Just recently multiple times a day all red light start flickering only on the expansion boards for 20 seconds or so. No other issues exist.
Power is PoE, but also with a local power adapter the issue remains.

Sure hope someone can help to solve this.

Hi Peter.

This behaviour is usually due to an invalid presence update with the PBX or lost communication.

I can suggest you to debug the PBX status when this issue occurs.
