Hello,
I have the UC320W with the latest available firmware. I work in connection with Monaco Telecom.
I have the French Region pack installed, however I am not able to call numbers starting with a 9 - this is essential for the Monaco region!
Monaco has no trunk prefix, the number starts with a 9 or 4 and is 8 digits (00 377 xx xx xx xx) it is basically the same as the French dial plan, just without the 0. (Confirmed information also from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Monaco). As France is supported, I and the tech at Monaco Telecom kindly ask you to consider this update.
I understand there is a way to alter it via the platform modification file (https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/62861/platform-modification-file-pmf). However the site linked: http://www.ciscosbs2.com/movies/ucc/latest does provide an error.
Could someone please advise on how to alter / create the dialplan to include this simple digit! It´s a simple 8 digit dialplan without a 0 at the beginning.
Judging by this entry:
Expanded_Star_Services_UK.pmf | 2 | N/A | Adds many star services dial plan for UK |
a modification of the dial plan is possible!
You would make the life of many CISCO users in France/Monaco so much easier!
Please help us out on this issue, this is just one simple digit which would make it all so much easier!
If a payment is required, this would be also possible! Or please tell me what support package I shall purchase / whom to hire to get this done.
Thank you in advance!
