Analogue FXS transfer

Is there a "*" code to transfer a call from and analogue / POTS phone connected to the UC540 to another phone on the system - there doesn't seem to be a code for it by default only trnsfer to voicemail

From analog phone: press flash key, get dialtone, enter extension to transfer to, consult or hang-up for blind transfer.

From IP phone: same as if transferring to another IP phone.

I tried this and it doesn't work, i have also increased the flash timer on the phone to 250ms as suggested in other posts.

Post relevant config and "debug vpm signal" taken with "term mon".
