Configuration Assistant version 1.9 includes support for the Australian dialplan and PSTN port localisation.  CCA 1.9 is the preferred release for managing SBCS in the Australian environment and completely replaces the ANZ Quickstart templates.  CCA 1.9 may be downloaded from here.
