BE6000 external video calls

What exactly are the capabilities available with the BE6000 basic package without upgrades as far as external video is concerned? By that I mean a new C220 including CUCM 10.0, Expressway C & E, VCS. Nothing more than comes with it except CUWL licenses. Second part of the question, how are those things accomplished? Lastly, any links to documentation on this? Big question I know, but this isn't anything that's really conveyed to a newer ECS partner. So what I'm getting at includes things like, can we: -Dial from a 9971 or other video enabled phones to an external contact using a video enabled endpoint, could assume all Cisco for now. -Dial from Jabber (any platform) to that external contact. -Dial from something like an EX to that external contact. Those external endpoints could be something simple like an 8945 or an EX90 or even some TP cameras in a training room. Expressway is needed for this, right? With the new inclusion of Expressway C and E with BE6000, I don't know what changes there are from the 9.0 days and if that VCS that was previously (and still is) bundled is needed in this scenario or if that's strictly necessary for devices locally that aren't registering directly to CUCM. Now that I think about it, EXxx do register to CUCM, right? I've tried searching the web, but it seems I'm finding only things similar to what I'm asking but not close enough. Some documentation that addresses this or even VODs would be awesome. Most of what I'm seeing is Pre 9.1(2). Thanks!
