Brand new 514gs not registering

I have two new SPA 514Gs that are not registering with a UC560 with the latest software pack (8.6(1)).  The phones just stay in a cycle of rebooting initializing network.  Please assist.

Make sure the UC500 has the spa514g device type there.  Check the log file.  http://www.cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_cisco_small_business_support_center_contacts.html for additional help over the phone.
