Hi there,
I have a SIP account configured on a SPA508G phone with my provider internet.lu.
Unfortunately it only takes 3 rings and the calls go to the voice mail.
Is there a parameter on the phone that allows me to adjust the number of rings? The provider was unable to help.
ps: I captured the traffic of such a call using wireshark, could this help? If so I'll upload it.
many thanks in advance,

This is English area community, Follow common habit, please.
According your question - voicemail is NOT provided by phone but by VoIP provider. If he claim he can't tell you why it's own PBX deflects call to it's own mailbox, then he is just incompetent.
Saved capture (.pcap form, please) may help us to become sure.

Initial French post: sorry about that, I translated my message.
Yes, voicemail is provided by the provider.
It's not immediately deflected, it's after 3 rings, which makes it a race to pick up the phone if you are not close enough.
Saved capture is attached.

Hi again,
could somebody please analyse the previously attached packet capture file?
This way I have more weight in my dealing with the provider.
