Hey, my office has been using an international line linked to the two port phone adapter SPA 112 and lately it stopped being able to make calls. We can receive calls, just not make them. This runs on a SIP account linked to DIDww and it is online and working, judging by the call logs at DIDww it seems like the problem is on CISCO's side. I've toggled with the settings loads-- I tried switching the transport method, switch the NAT keep alive setting, switch the "use outbound proxy" to no, messing with the dial plan. So on and so on.
My firmware version is properly updated too.
Bonjour is disabled
I also turned on SIP debug option to full so I could see the logs. Here's the only logs I can get a hold on:

Please note that I am an absolute beginner with no experience in programming or adapters or anything of this area. I'm just trying really hard to get my international line back up. please help.
Thanks,
Valentina
