Cat3 with SPA303

I have an old office which has cat3 phone lines run.  Is there anyway to use cat3 with a UC540/spa303 system.

CAT3 cable is rated for 10MHz speed. It should work on it. 100MHz may (but may not) work as well. Beware of autonegotiation of speed, it may negotiate 100MHz even in the case the real cable is not suitable for it. Force 10MHz on switch.
