CCA not installing

hi people

From few days i have been trying to install CCA 3.2 on my windows 7 64 bit machine but i am unable to install it everytime it gives error "Error in instructions invalid JVM file name specified in launch,,invalid variable specification.line number (4)"

kindly help me out as i am not understanding what this error is n how to fix it...

I was using the Latest JRE 7u51 without luck.  Rolled back to Java 6u45 because of other posts on the internet saying version 7 always has issues with Cisco software and still nothing.

I've redownloaded the installer a few times.  Did an MD5 checksum on the file and still same error, every time.

oddly enough I just figure it out

my issue was with the cna-windows-k9-installer-5-8-9-en.exe

double clicking on the file to install resulted in the error, but ridiculously enough if you run the exe file from the command line with the following tags it works flawlessly.  I'm still trying to figure out why but this did work.

c:\cna-windows-k9-installer-5-8-9-en.exe -is:tempdir C:\temp -is:log C:\templog.txt
