I know that there are already commands in CME 7.1 and later for configuring the VG200 voice gateways. In addition, there is already a document describing how to integrate the SPA8000 voice gateway with the UC500 located at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9465. The integration of the VG202, VG224, VG248, and SPA8000 voice gateways with UC500 platforms currently require CLI. In addition, the SPA8000 voice gateway must be manually configured to work with the UC500. Will there be support for any of these voice gateways in CCA in the future?
Hi John, support for additional external networking devices like voice gateways is not targeted on the near term development roadmap for CCA, but the product team can track the requests along side other feature requests.
