Change Line Group In Self Service Portal

Hey All,

I am a newly system admin for a smaller business, and currently learning the cisco phone system (CUCM). We have a line group where the numbers need to be changed regularly, and I am wondering if it is possible to allow specific users to do this through the self-service portal. I have set it up so only the users can see the options in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, but was thinking it might be more user friendly if they could possibly do it in the self service portal. If so, please provide me more insight! Thank you for any help in advance.
