I know that if you change your max retries from 0 to more than 1 the prompt "are you still there?" will play. Where on the CUE editor would I find that wav file so that I could change it or delete it? Thank you in advance.

Download AA script to PC, and open with CUE editor.
Identfy step "Get Digit String" or "Extended Get Digit String".
Right click, properties.
Change Timeout or timeout prompt.
Save and upload back to CUE.

I am unable to find where "Get Digit String". Could you look at my AA to see what i am doing wrong? Thanks
