CIPC with UC540

Hi all,

Apologies in advance for my limited knowledge!  I am trying to connect a Cisco IP Communicator softphone to a remote UC540.  I have established a VPN connection to the UC540 using the Cisco VPN Client and I can confirm I can ping the DATA VLAN and the VOICE VLAN (and an additional VLAN we added).

Unfortunately when I load the CIPC, it doesn't appear to register on the UC540 (I don't see an additional phone appear in the list of Users and Phones which is where I'm guessing it should be).

In the CICP network preferences, you need to configure the CMe address as TFTP server.

In any case, if the GUI doesn't work, you can add the phone with CLI.
