Cisco 7975G - Can't dial a second extension on the same phone

I have prepared a 7975G with two different extensions, but I can't dial from one extension to the other. Extensions are 201 and 202. 

When I try to dial 202 from 201 I get a busy-like sound as soon as I press the number 2. 

Please advise.

Sounds like dial plan issue. It seems the administrator didn't approved dialing of phone numbers that starts with '2'.

You didn't mentioned so much details, so I can't advice where/how to tweak it. Call yours CM administrator for help.
