We have BE6000 UWL Starter Bundle which should allow us to have 35 user licenses.
Currently we have 20 users who are using Cisco physical phones or Jabber on mobile + PC.
We start to get the the Warning indicating "Smart Software Licensing: The system is operating with an insufficient number of licenses. Configure additional licenses in Smart Software Manager within 89 days to avoid losing the ability to provision users and devices."
I am attaching a screenshot with this post.
My question is if BE6000 licensing is consumed based on the number of users created or the number of devices (number of devices will be definitely more than the number of users, since users are having physical cisco phone + Jabber on mobile + Jabber on PC).
