hello, I really have problem with ip phone 303, when I plug in the switch simply without connecting the port rj45 to the phone I can not enter a number so call; and since this morning without being connected to a phone I manage to launch calls but without answers.
when I turn it off or on again I get to call and for a while, all my passes without answers.
note that the phone did not walk for a month in the network and * what was displayed on the screen c was initializing network *

the telephone works at times and in short moment it does not work anymore;
Lost IP configuration, it's renewed periodically (DHCP issue). Lost SIP registration, also periodic task (connectivity issue, NAT issue, VoIP operator issue). Check state (IP configuration, register status) of phone when issue manifests. Turn on syslog&debug (highest level possible) and catch syslog messages. Dump SIP communication between phone and VoIP operator. It may help us to identify issue cause.

It's not so easy to understand your text, so excuse me if I will miss the matter.
If I understand correctly, your phone is claiming "initializing network". It mean the DHCP autoconfiguration is configured (requested) but no DHCP server responds phone's requests. Or response contain invalid address (for example address used by other device on network).
Ask your LAN/DHCP server administrator for help. It's no time now to analyze call issues - unless phone become fully initialized, calls will not work.

merci d'avoir pris le temps de me répondre,
J'arrive à joindre les autres telephones et les minutes qui suivent plus de réponses je n'arrive à joindre personne. Et le telephone récupère toujours la même adresse IP .
si possible éclaire moi ce sujet et donne moi les indication a résoudre ce problème.

personne est responsable du système ici mais l entreprise sous-traite avec une autre entreprise
je suis l informaticien sur place, je n y connais pas grand chose en voip.

Unfortunately, issue analysis require at least basic networking/VoIP skills. I'm unable to guess solution with no data.
Ask nearest IT student for help. Or wait for company you mentioned - it should be skilled enough to solve it (or at least provide information I requested).
