Cisco IP Phone SPA 525G background image issue

Hi,

I have a SPA 525G phone for which I want to change the background image. I have a picture on a USB file which is 35.1KB, a JPG file, 24 bit depth, and is 276 x 240 in dimensions.

The image is stored on a USB drive under a folder named pictures.

I then place this USB file into the phone, gone to settings -> user preference -> screen preference -> wallpaper

The image on the USB stick won't show here. Is their something I'm missing?

What filesystem you have on the USB ? I suspect the NTFS, extFAT or so may not be supported by SPA525G. Use FAT instead.
