Cisco SPA 112 ATA not clearing down call

We have a Cisco SPA 112 ATA connected to a Broadsoft hosted phone system.

FW 1.4.1 SR5

The ATA has a Hosiden Besson Bedlam Loud Tonecaller bell connected.

The hunt group phones ring including the bell, the call is answered on the phone but the bell continues to ring for minutes after?

Any idea what could cause this please?

I feel like its a hook switch timer/open loop or something on those lines
