I got a customer with around 1000+ Cisco SPA 502 phones on our Broadsoft Broadworks Platform R21SP1. The phones are on 7.6.2.
Phones are configured with Admin Password.
I am trying to configure the Broadsoft Directory and configured the below in mac.xml file .

<Directory_Password ua="na" value="%BWAUTHPASSWORD-1%" /> ( i used this value to see if the SIPAuthenticationForXSIFD will work as this is a SIP password - it didnt work, so left it blank and managed to enter the webportal password from LCD and all worked fine)
Has some one managed to get SIPAuthenticationForXSI working on 7.6.2. If yes, how do you do it. please?
Btw, if you dont have any password on Directory password field, and try to search , the phone just reboots. I thought cisco fixed this in the past, but doesnt look like
