Cisco SPA122 ignores Bridge Mode and doesn't store config settings

Hi,

My old Linksys PAP2T died and I needed a replacement. I found that SPA122 fits my requirements. After purchase I configured it in bridge mode.

The next step was to upgrade firmware and currently it is running the latest one (1.4(1)SR5). Since upgrade to the latest firmware I cannot set it to bridge mode.

In config page while logging in to 192.168.15.1. I change the mode to bridge mode, unit reboots it stops responding with public IP (192.168.255.126) and private one 192.168.15.1. However,  after 30 seconds or so it replies to both pings again. I can again login via 192.168.15.1 and nat is the configured setting.

Same with other settings. For example when I configure the timezone or time server, after reboot settings are factory defaults.

Why am I experiencing this issues? I don't have any cisco support and I can't open a case. Worst case scenario I 'll return the unit.

Syslog and debug messages of Voice Application running on SPA122 may help to identify the cause.
