Cisco SPA514G Phone sounds tinny when making internal calls

We recently had our vendor install a new Cisco based IP Phone System using Cisco switches and Cisco SPA514G phones.  Calls that are made internally sound tinny or sound like you are in a tunnel.  Would like some help determining a fix.  Thank You!

You disclosed not so much details about your system. No product specified (with exception of phone model), no software/firmware mentioned (including version).

Despite we are not prophets, I suspect you may not ask in appropriate community. You are asking in Broadsoft community. It's your system based on Broadsoft PBX ?
