Cisco SPA525G2 dropout

I’ve noticed on long phone calls, the caller seems to drop out every few seconds for a period of time. Then back to normal and then back to a period of drop outs with minutes in between.

The Cisco SPA525G2 is connected to our wireless network (business broadband internet) and running firmware 7.6.2.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this issue?

SPA endpoints are supported in the SMB area of CSC, might want to ask over there.
